Mojgan updated the import wiki page yesterday with a note and link to the open.canada.ca Road Network Files - 2015 <http://open.canada.ca/data/en/dataset/8e089409-8b6e-40a9-a837-51fcb2736b2c>. This is under the Open Government Licence - Canada terms, and not the StatsCan one.
