At the first intersection, the text in French means "Wait for arrow to turn left" which you can probably ignore. There is also a no U turn sign. At the second intersection, there is no left turn at certain times. I think it says Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 3pm-7pm (Lun-Ven 8h-10h, 15h-19h in French) but it is hard to read.
