I think my concern at the moment is how to handle these in an acceptable manner to OSM.
It would seem Stewart has some confidence in the data and I suspect you have yourself. So given a benediction by the mailing list to go ahead we would need to go through the import process. My gut feel would be some sort of manual import using JOSM one building at a time over a trial area might be acceptable and I'm not sure if we have a volunteer nor when the data will be available.
