Yes but for the path I'm thinking of that crosses a park specifically
I'm interested in tagging it just for cycling not a more generic case.
Do you have another suggestion than winter_service=yes|no I think the
default is yes so just tagging the ones that aren't cleared would be
sufficient.

Locally some paths across parks etc are snow cleared some
