Hi all,
I would like to start organizing an effort to complete the building
import in Toronto. I am proposing that we use the OSMCanada #Toronto
slack channel for most of the discussion (osm-ca.slack.com), just so we
can keep this mostly to local editors until we are ready for a broader
review of the plan.
I've also created a wiki page to document the import process:

I'll start filling out some tentative details there soon.
