I've been working on a OSM-based bicycle journey planner that I call Zikes.
When testing it I came across: <way changeset="36157953" uid="605366"

Now ironically, I tested that stretch, because I cycled it once. As a matter of
fact, said trip inspired all my work. Here more cyclists on C14 though not on
that specific section: (1), (2).
This road may not be very hospitable to cyclists, but there is no signage
banning them and it is often the only choice in the area. With due care
therefore i would like to suggest that it's not tagged correctly. It is a
problem for me because I try following these tags in my routing algorithm and
thus cannot offer means of going south from Seu d'Urgel.
I have identified (ElizR helped me out) the initial edit to be in this
changeset: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/8175024 and have contacted
the author as well.
I would like to make an edit to OSM, but wanted to stick my head out here as
Catalunia OSM community is not my native ground.
What process would i need to respect when making the edit? Can you bless me do
it?
