Hola ja tenim el primer cas declarat de troll que canvia noms catalans a
espanyols, l'usuari therealsailor amb només 17 dies d'antiguitat i
dedicat exclusivament a aquesta feina. Amb això crec convenient
enviar-li un correu per iniciar el procés de blocatge i avisar a la OSMF
i DWG de "lo que nos viene".
Els correus estan a continuació i us demano que em doneu l'OK i afegiu
les modificacions necessàries si ho creieu convenient o si creieu que no
cal, digueu que no enviï aquest correu.

hem detectat que has estat canviant els noms oficials de carrers, pobles
i ciutats de Catalunya per una versió d’aquests noms castellanitzada
diferent al nom oficial. Amb aquest missatge volem demanar que respectis
els noms oficials dels elements que has canviat i no ho tornis a fer.

calles, pueblos y ciudades de Cataluña a una versión de estos nombres
castellanizada diferente del nombre oficial. Con este mensaje queremos
pedir que respetes los nombres oficiales de los elementos que has
cambiado y no lo vuelvas a hacer.

streets, towns and cities of Catalonia for a version of these names into
Spanish different from the official name. With this message we want to
ask you to respect the official names of the items that you have changed

Dear members of the OSMF and DWG,
as you may know, Catalonia and Spain are in conflict. Catalonia wants to
hold a referendum for independence whilst Spain forbid this referendum.
This conflict will increase in our country but also in OSM. Nowadays we
have detected the first case of vandalism whrere many items (such as
streets, city limits, city centers, etc.) were changed its name from the
official name in Catalan (also recognized by the Spanish laws) into its
translated name in Spanish. For example, Girona → Gerona, Vilanova i la
Geltrú → Villanueva y Geltrú, etc.
In the whole Spain, the name field is filled with the official name, in
Spanish, Catalan, Euskera, Galego, Bable, Occitan, etc. Also the
name:es, name:ca, name:eu, etc. are used accordingly.
With this mail we are asking you if there is any set of tools that we
can use to maintain the state of the map somehow blocked in its critical
parts and prevent the near-commimg edit wars.
