En resumen, por el momento, quien desee ayudar puede encontrar en la
wiki los enlaces a los archivos osm de los departamentos y municipios
para editarlos (simplificar las vías y desagregar aquellas con más de
2000 nodos) e irlos subiendo. Es muy importante que cada quien se anote
en la tabla, porque lo que no alcancemos a hacer a mano se hará
automáticamente cuando tengamos el script para disminuir el tamaño de
las vías. Yo voy a organizar las tablas según la prioridad para que
comencemos con las zonas más urgentes.
El trabajo con las relaciones vendrá después.
