Respect ESA IP Team:

Actually we have an invernal disaster in Colombia [1], 28 of 32
administrative departaments have flooding and more than 2.100.000 persons
has been affected.

The Humanitarian OSM Team (HOT) from Open Street Map mappers is working to
delivered updated maps using Bing imagery, SPOT, NASA and other sources; but
to cover all disaster areas we need more sources. This maps are used by
humanitarian rescue team and will be helpfull for reconstruction.

Please let us know if we can use ESA GlobCover Project imagery to calc and
create maps on other country zones that actually are not covered. Using the
software JOSM [2] (and others) we can give correct copyright for source
data: © ESA / ESA GlobCover Project, led by MEDIAS-France.

Thanks,

Humberto Yances
