Resulta que estoy usando el mapa de openstreet map y los puntos que tengo no
son coordenadas x/y
0440.0799,N = Latitud "04°40.0799'N"
07407.9122,W = Longitud "074°07.9122'W"
la pregunta es: cual es la formula matemática para hacer la conversión?
