OK, um genau zu sein, wie ich im Moment feststelle bauen die josm plugins nicht ... Das sollte aber eigentlich auch die Windows Pakete unter http://www.openstreetmap.de/download/ betreffen. Das hat aber bis jetzt wohl auch keiner gemerkt ... Das letzte Windows Package war von 16-Dec-2007 05:08. Das ist ja noch älter ... Aber hier zu dem eigentlichen Problem ...
