Ich mache das mit JOSM: Download File>download object; relation mit Option 'download relation members' in ein separates JOSM layer laden
Right click on layer und dann Export to GPS auswaehlen Exportiert alles im layer als einen GPX file. Jeder way wird ein track segment, jeder node wird ein waypoint.
