Vielen Dank. Google Earth ist eine andere Nummer, aber wenn man in den Optionen des XNavigator sucht, findet sich auch ein erster - sehr vorläufiger - Test bei dem der OSM-WMS (Tilecache von OpenRouteService) als Textur für das Geländemodell verwendet wird. Die Gebäude stammen natürlich noch vom Vermessungsamt.
