Ich wollte das gerade mal ausprobieren, allerdings findet JOSM nie
meine PNG Icons.
In der XML Datei steht drin:

- icon path to icon, relative to the icon path (default: where
this file is)
--
Gut, ich hab die PNG Datei in das gleiche Verzeichnis kopiert aber es
erscheint trotzdem nur das Dummy-Icon.
Hab ich was übersehen?
