Mit amenity wäre analog zu highway=construction, construction=tertiary.
Aber man würde sich eben die Möglichkeit verbauen, die heutige Nutzung
(disused=place_of_worship, amenity=arts_centre) ebenfalls anzugeben,
daher weglassen.
Bis es etwas Besseres gibt, halte ich es für am besten, den Schlüssel
durch disused zu ersetzen, zum Beispiel disused=playground.
