Hallo,
ich geh mal davon aus, dass du ein 32bit-Windows laufen hast. Da kann
eine Anwendung maximal 1,2 GB RAM ergattern. Versuch es also mal mit 1GB
RAM.

Der Windoof-Taskmanager behauptet, es seien 1.2 GB Ram verfügbar. Eine
andere Java-Anwendung, die ich hier habe, läuft fehlerfrei.
Sehe ich das richtig, daß ti...@home gerne 256 + 1350 MB Ram hätte?
Oder liegt der Fehler woanders?
