Generell suche ich neben Antworten aus der OSM Gemeinde auch Informationen über die Organisationen die in der Katastrophenhilfe involviert sind. Ob bzw. wie nehmen sie die OSM Daten an, um besser zu operieren. Habt ihr dazu eine Fährte?
The online questionnaire explores the relationship between humanitarian work in crisis response and the role of new Information Communications Technology. It is part of the PhD project "The Transformational Power of Technology and Rare Events" by Lukas Kubina under the supervision of Professor Gernot Grabher. The project examines several questions: Has new ICT changed the way key players operate in disaster response? Are some potentials of ICT only discovered in crisis situation? How do disasters, new technologies, and organizational learning correlate?A set of questions is designed to investigate the impact of various new technologies on the critical areas of crisis response and relief efforts.
