Hi, Lately I've seen a few edits (around Nõo) by the user Hinsm (http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Hinsm/edits) which are rather odd concerning the classification of roads and the connections to other roads. I tried to contact him via OSM, but he doesn't answer.
I'm really in favor of getting new data into OSM, but I prefer it to have some quality when it comes to tagging. I admit, there's also some of my work involved. ;) Before I start editing things (I'm afraid of an edit war), I'd like to ask you to maybe contact him/her in Estonian to get some attention.
