See näib olevat WFS teenuse vastus. QGIS jms oskavad sellist teenust kasutada analoogselt WMSile, ja saaks Shapessee konvertida. Kuna aga neil avalikult pole väljas WFS teenuse descriptor URLi + selle kasutustingimusi, siis tehniliselt on tegu scrapemisega ja niimoodi saadud andmete kasutamine pole kindlasti ok. Iseasi kui saaks eksplitsiitse loa maaametilt selleks.
