Hi there! I'm Peteris Krisjanis from OSM Latvia. I currently investigating status of Creative Commons (old license of OpenStreetMap) in Latvia. I wanted to know if anyone knows what is state of CC in Estonia? Does author has rights to wave part of his rights, t.i. for example collective royalties collection clause (in matters more for photos/movies/sounds, but can be actual for any copyleft licenses)? We are working out changes in our laws to ensure that and investigating situation in region.
