In SOTM last year there was a parallel session in Japanese. We can have something like that here also.
I doubt we need two parallel sections. If we're aiming at one full day (or two half-days), we can allocate a couple hours for talks in Russian. Those who do not understand the language could ask someone who does to translate them.
