Thanks for Vladimir and other organizers beforehand the upcoming SoTM Baltics for the initiative.
Being currently in Northern Haiti on a Humanitarian OpenStreetMap (HOT) mission without power and proper Internet connection I'm responding by email. I'd love to participate and it happens that I am in my native Finland most of July. Also my fellow HOTtie Yohan (CC'd; from France) is interested to participate. He'd be able to make it during the last 2 weeks of July. For me the last 3 wks of July are ok. If we can make it we'd be happy to present something about HOT's work. If there are sufficiently developers coming to the conference it could be interesting to discuss development needs of personalized/POI/clickable maps. I'm not a developer but highly interested in the topic. Yohan is the developer umap (see eg. http://umap.openstreetmap.fr).
