I think it would be better to only use the system only for roads other
than autovias.
Basically, all of spain is mapped in the way Autovia = motorway. Theres
CM-42, EX-A1, AS-I, AS-II, AG-11, BI-631 and lots more. All are
autovias, but maintained by local government.
So, the mappers in spain tag autovia=motorway. No matter if the state or
a local governmewnt pays for it.
In addition, I don´t know what the advantage of tagging these roads as
primary or secondary is. If a driver needs to consider which route to
take, he dosn´t care about who pays for the road, but only what route is
the fastest and most convenient to get to the target. All navigation
systems first take the classification of a highway to calculate the routes.
So, in my opinion what should be changed is the normalizacion page and
other wiki pages, but not all autovias in all of spain.
So, what can we do ? I don´t want to start changing autovias and
classify them as something less than they really are. But I don´t know
who did the normalizacion page and if there was a discussion about it
before.
Can you address this in talk-es ? Or do you think that the normalizacion
is ok for autovias ?

método automático para hacerlo o debe hacerse manualmente para cada
trozo de carretera?
Por otra parte, de nuevo en Cádiz habría muchas carreteras que son
autovías pero que deben ser etiquetadas como "Secondary" ¿ocurre lo
mismo en otras regiones?
creo que quedamos que, si la carretera está marcada en naranja, se usa
primary, en verde, secondary, etc, sea autovía o no. Si es autovía, le
incluyes el motorrad=yes que comentas, y ya está
