Buenas, A través del IGN, me temo que según su política actual, nada de usos comerciales. Pero la EEA es más liberal. Quizá lo del dominio público sea un abuso de lenguaje, IANAL. Sí que suena un poco contradictorio eso de "This dataset is under copyright of the EEA and within the public domain", porque, o copyright, o public domain.
Recuerdo codiciones de uso de la EEA (perdón por la redundancia). Al final hay un mail de contacto por si queremos asegurarnos de que el tag source les vale como atribución... Veo en la web del EEA (European Environment Agency) que el 20 de Octubre de 2009 se ha publicado una segunda versión del CLC2000 (Corine Land Cover 2000) [1] en formato vectorial (shp), continuo, para 25 países europeos, a escala 1:100 000. El propietario de los datos es la propia EEA, que te hace aceptar un pequeño 'agreement' al descargarte los shp: --- This dataset is under copyright of the EEA and within the public domain. Public domain information may be used free of charge, provided the source is acknowledged. The acknowledgement should read "(c) EEA, Copenhagen, [year]". --- En la ficha de metadatos [2] se lee: --- Unless otherwise indicated, re-use of content on the EEA website for commercial or non-commercial purposes is permitted free of charge, provided that the source is acknowledged.
