¡Hola talk-es!

desculpe para mi castellan rudimentario.

I'm an artist from Germany. I got invited to an exhibition in Sevilla from
curator Lorenzo Sandoval which unites different artworks all using mapping
technologies in a broader sense. My contribution is a projection of google
earth satellite imagery on a carpet which has it's viewport locked to the
real-time position of the quickbird2 satellite. It is the satellite where
google acquires most of it's images from.

I was asked to make a little workshop, and because all of the works use googles
tools i thought it might be a good idea to complement the exhibition with a
workshop in mapping OSM. I am the occasional mapper myself, but I'd love if
someone from the OSM community in Sevilla would join me for that. The Workshop
is going to be in three parts. Tuesday the 17th April from 10-13h and from
17:30-21:30 plus Wednesday 10-13h. And the target group is artists and everyone
interested.
This is the place where it will take place: http://cicus.us.es/

It would be great fun to have an expert with us for at least part of the time
(one of the sessions for instance).
Please get in touch with me if you are interested.

Max
