Si lees el mensaje de bloqueo de pnorman en la bandeja de entrada de catastro_la_coruna en la web de osm, verás que pone (quinto párrafo) "This block is set to last until you log on to read the message". Así que para desbloquear la cuenta sólo tienes que entrar como usuario catastro_la_coruna, leer el mensaje y ya está desbloqueado. I've been mapping hard for the last 3 years (user edvac: http://hdyc.neis-one.org/?edvac ) and I love contributing to this wonderful project as a "normal" mapper, but it seems there is some misunderstanding in what we can upload to OSM from the spanish cadastre. I've just sent an e-mail to talk-es reporting this issue, and asking them to please clarify if we can really upload data generated with cat2osm program, and what we can upload. I very much appologize for the mess created, but the only thing I can tell you is that I did it with my best intention of improving the map, as I do everywhere ( http://yosmhm.neis-one.org/?edvac ) since I discovered the OSM project 3 years ago.
