Si no lo he entendido mal Juan Luis, en el caso que existiera Creative Commons, la licencia debería permitir modificaciones (Reconocimiento 3.0 ¿España?) y/o modificaciones mientras se comparta de la misma manera (Reconocimiento-CompartirIgual 3.0 España) y uso comercial.
Vamos que de los datos de la Junta cero patatero (Rediam. iaph, etc...). Sólo los (escasos) datos del Portal de Datos abietos tiene este tipo de licencia.
