I saw a number of odd edits by Tino Pinilla in Provincia de Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain, such as http://www.osm.org/changeset/21898498
The changeset has the tags created_by=Tino Pinilla and source=knowledge, and the ways have tags like CAS=VIA21. The spacing of nodes is odd, and not what I'd expect to see. Since that changeset, they've deleted other data and then retagged their ways with more conventional tags. Combined, it's very odd. Could some local glance over what they've done?
