Buenos días. Para etiquetar patrimonio con «historic=heritage», no importa el nivel de gestión de la Administración competente que gestione el bien. Lo único que hace falta es que sea un bien registrado por un organismo oficial. Para especificar el nivel de gestión (local, regional, nacional o mundial), usamos la clave «heritage». [1]
