Sorry that I'm writing in the international list, but as I'm not subscribed to Talk-fr I saw no other way. Please check this edit in Paris: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/1246119 the user did some nonesense in Rome, and I guess this edit is not better either.
