Pour info, vu que le sujet a été abordé ces derniers jours, voici l'annonce officielle du LWG sur la liste talk pour le remplacement des données non compatibles ODbL.
En résumé pour les non anglophones: - le LWG donne le "go" au remplacement des données des contributeurs qui refusent de passer à l'ODbL - Une ou deux semaines de grâce sont accordées aux gens qui n'ont pas encore répondu - ne pas supprimer de données quand on ne les remplace pas ! - Pas de bots / replacements massifs souhaités. Se limiter aux zones que l'on connait bien, et par petits morceaux. - Pour le remplacement, la source doit évidemment être compatible avec la nouvelle licence (donc les données que l'on supprime ne constituent évidemment pas la source des nouvelles, il faut repérer soi-même ou utiliser une autre source) - Avant de contacter un utilisateur concerné, vérifier s'il n'a pas déjà été contacté via http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Asking_users_to_accept_the_ODbL - Le plugin JOSM 'licensechange" est disponible. - Au fur et à mesure du remplacement, vérifier sur http://fred.dev.openstreetmap.org/license (rafraichi toutes les heures) si l'utilisateur n'a pas changé d'avis. There is also a licensechange plugin for JOSM. - Consider sending personal messages before you edit to those who have not accepted or those who have declined based on your judgement. Some users have declined and indicated on their user pages that they will not reconsider. We do not wish to send unwelcome or duplicate messages. Once you begin replacing data, check on a regular basis whether the user in question hasn't changed his/her mind and has accepted CT/ODbL.
