Without wanting to reawaken the argument, I think Pierre's wiki text was a little injudicious and I can see why Grant removed it. Writing a "local community guideline" instructing people to reply to an OSMF working group with a cut-and-paste response is never going to help us reach agreement: it's just institutionalising conflict.
