I'm not 100% sure but it could be because the retrieval of OSM data is giving a 500. I don't think I check for this (yet). There is also some odd behaviour with drop down boxes not refreshing properly in Windows/Firefox (they do in Linux), e.g. if you select "hamlet" for the type, the full tags drop down box does not immediately refresh. The tags *are* successfully added though. No doubt some mysterious Windows idiosyncracy.....
