The whole world shapefile is available here: http://biogeo.berkeley.edu/gadm/data/gadm_v0-6_shp.zip I'ts quite big (a 250 MB download) and loading it into qgis or similar is possible but slow. I'll try to excerpt the relevant regions into a small shapefile and then get back to you.
