Holux GPSlim 236 is the only device I've used that matches *all* of those, a more recent one I purchased wouldn't communicate over USB. I'd suggest buying on ebay (obviously looking for a seller that really is in the UK) but you might be able to get hold of one in a very good electronics shop.
