The Church Commissioners have up-to-date information about the parish boundaries in England & Wales and they have a website [1] showing parish boundaries. I have seen some parish boundaries have started to appear based on NPE maps. In many cases the boundaries have changed in the 50+ years since the NPE maps were printed - I can see this on modern OS maps but I can't, of course, use these modern data.
I wrote to the Church Commissioners asking if they would donate their parish boundary data to OSM, but today the reply: "I regret that it is not our policy to not make our data available on websites which are not maintained by the National Church Institutions. " Does anyone know any other source of this info that is available and up-to-date?
