Hello, You are correct, but on a cold first contact, it is important to get them interested, and to let them know that the maps can be used in their magazines and will be beneficial to their readers. If I was to open up with a legal discussion on copyright then it would immediately bore the reader. The main point is that this is something that they can use. On the second contact I can verify the terms of use by directing them to the appropriate link so they can verify that it is ok for them to use. To make sure that they know there are no legal problems for them in the future. Cheers Bob
