Thanks for your work on this. I think Liam123 has paid us a great  
service. He has been annoying enough to make us address the issue, but  
has given us space to talk about it and work out how to respond. What  
we do know now is that we need a clearly publicised protocol about the  
process reporting vandalism, approving a revert and then getting the  
revert actioned quickly.

For this instance I suggest that we use the wiki page to divi out the  
task of manually reverting things (Potlatch willing). I will lay  
'claim' to about 6 change sets and request that other people do the  
same until we get the job done.
