Yes, I've put all oceans (at least in my interpretation) are in as place=ocean and a fairly comprehensive worldwide set of seas, (including gulfs, bites, and very, very big bays such as Bay of Biscay) are already in as place=sea tagged English name and a very few also with non-English names.
