How about where the new Ordnance Survey offices are being built: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.93761&lon=-1.47093&zoom=16&layers=B000FTF OSM may well have been the first with an online map of the building and access road. The roundabout to the South and nearby cycle path are also new features.
