Marc - "agree to use for GPS" is niet hetzelfde als "agree to use for OSM". I would suggest that Ranald had no problem with you (or anyone else) uploading the data to a gps device. Unfortunately, this is not equivalent to a blanket permission to use the data in OSM. Tim
