Given that's not what the contributor terms states, your point is invalid. I don't know why you, and others, keep selectively quoting from that sentence of the CTs - it's a pointless discussion to just chop off critical parts of a sentence and then point at the rest of it and say "ooh, look". Anyway, if we're here discussing the precise legal interpretation of the CTs, then I'll ask you to take the discussion to legal-talk.
