A company in Oxfordshire has used at least one OSM map without attribution in publications using the name adworks.
In case anyone else notices this, I have contacted them, pointing to our copyright page. They have apologised, and have said they will include attribution/credit in future. They have also decide to publish a (1 line) apology.
