Yep, so I'd like to see that kind of mismatch (where OS Locator says there is a street called "Back Crossflats Place" and OSM doesn't have any way of any name at that location) presented in a separate list or perhaps in a different map layer to differentiate it from the ways that are present in OSM but are either unnamed or disagree on the name. That would highlight areas that are badly in need of the most basic road mapping over those that may have a comparatively good street map with all the roads present but are just missing lots of names.
