My rule of thumb is that getting facts from an individual website for a cafe or shop or church is fine, but do not copy from online directories or the databases maintained by search engines. If adding details from a website I will usually note it in the 'source' or 'uri' tags, or in the changeset comment, to provide some evidence that I found it independently and didn't just copy off Google.
