The Wikipedia page has it broken down into three stages of around 200
miles each.

Is this too long for sub-groups?
The last leg, Charmouth to Shoreham (225 miles) ends not that far from
me and I rather fancy the chance to meet up with fellow mappers as I've
only just really started mapping. A Brighton group meet appeals to me.
