The mention of the ONS is a good point. ONS has a mine of information which
could be trawled for anything useful for OSM. I haven't checked thoroughly
but as far as I am aware all ONS data output from its website (and sister
websites) that used to be on the old click through licence is now on the
Open Government Licence.
