Not quite yet Brian, the database is still CC-BY-SA until it's been cleaned of non-compliant data. That will take some time yet. The downtime was just to move the whole database to the new server. You can still remap as you were before the 1st April if you so desire though as the redaction process kicks in there will be potential for conflict while editing data that is to be deleted so save often!

One small point for the communications team- the link from the home page to "open licence"still directs you to a page that tells you all about cc-by-sa -shouldn't there be a page of text telling you about odbl?
