Agree. The person should also be asked to, *if* they feel they have to madefunny edits like that, at least add useful changeset comments explaining why. I'd be miffed if that happened to one of my supermarkets; I'd probably not revert outright, but send a message saying that I intend to revert unless mapper has good reason (and I would be unlikely to accept anything they say as a "good reason" but still it would be a little more courteous than simply reverting I guess).
