It doesn't say when they'll be repainted ;) Personally, this is equivalent to a 'note' regarding a certain object being important but in some obviously categorised way. Perhaps something like olympics=* or olympics:2012=* ? There is an indication on the wiki on the venues page of using 2012olympics=*, but a) olympics seems better first b) prefixing is good? Maybe values could be "gold2012"... unless there are prefixes in values?
